A few weeks ago we were invited to take part
in a colour poem project.
Each week a new colour from the visible spectrum is showcased:
R O Y G B I V
The poems are shared with other classes via Twitter, using the hashtag #clrpoem
We missed the Red week, but here are some of our poems for Orange, Yellow and Green weeks.
The next colour is Blue.
Do you have a poem to share with us?
Wonderful colour poems B4. You have used some great descriptive language.
ReplyDeleteWhich colour have you enjoyed writing about the most? We are looking forward to reading your 'blue' poems next week.
Hello B4, from across the Tasman,
ReplyDeleteYou've all written some great poetry, there. Colour is a great starting point for creating a visual picture with your words, isn't it?
We're feeling rather blue (from the cold!!) over here in Hobart, Tasmania. Our Autumn has been replaced by an early start to Winter. Lots of snow on Mt Wellington and a few days where the maximum temperature was less than 10 degrees.
Hopefully your 'blue' poetry may be about warm blue things like water washing up on a tropical beach, sunny blue skies and blue cornflowers in a summer garden.
Have fun!
