Flat Rosie's Visit

Flat Rosie is here for a week from Sydney, Australia.

She comes from the Year 2 class at Roseville College.
We were surprised to find out that all of the children at that school are girls!
Flat Rosie is traveling the world and even has her own blog.
The girls in 2T sent some wonderings for us to answer:

Now it is time for Flat Rosie to go home, as our
two-week term break starts.

Read about our previous flat person project here.
(Click on the link and scroll down).
Have you read the story of Flat Stanley or done a flat person project?

B4's blog turns 1.

♥ Our blog is one year old ♥

It's been such a fun year, and we have made lots of new friends on the way, including our first blogging buddies,
Mrs Watson and the 2/3s in Canada
and our quad-blogging buddies
Mrs Morris and Miss Jordan and 2KM/2KJ,
Mrs Yollis and Grade 3 and
Mr Salsich and Grade 3.
We started off with baby steps and have learned lots.
We are working hard on our commenting skills and we love
the connections we have made.
Thank you to all of the people we have connected with and enjoyed meeting.

What have been your favourite posts and pages of our blog?

How do you like to celebrate your birthday?

Our School Sign

The Reefton Area School sign shows you what the school is called. The logo shows the mountains and Inangahua river and a lamp-post. Reefton is the town of light. It had the first public electricity in the southern hemisphere.
