The whole school took part in cross-country races today.
Year 7-13 runners started out of town and ran back to school, while others had a
team rogaine event.
Year 1-6 students had their races around the school block.
Luckily the rain stayed away!
Junior Cross-Country 2011 on PhotoPeach
Did you find the run challenging or easy?
Can you think of a more exciting course for a cross-country run?
Dear Mrs McKenzie and class,
ReplyDeleteWhat fun you had at the cross country! I really enjoyed your PhotoPeach. It was fun to have a sneak peak at your school grounds and I really liked seeing your lovely autumn trees.
I'm so glad everyone had fun at the cross country and tried their best. I like to do the occasional fun run and while I would never even come close to winning it is a fun way to stay fit and be active.
Well done, everyone!

Dear B4,
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing event! I was so impressed by how well all of you did. I don't think I would've made it one lap nevermind two! You've all inspired me to get out there and run a bit!
It always looks like you're all having so much fun! Keep up the great work!

Dear Mrs. McKenzie and B4,
ReplyDeleteThat sure looks like a lot of fun! I like the map you created. Your running path is very adventurous. An obstacle course is a marvelous way to get exercise.
Thank you very much for adding to our LinoIt board! Everyone will be very excited to read your messages. They were all intrigued by the idea of living near a gold mine!
