Wonderful Weaving

The children had a lot of fun today with Miss Esnouf (Ay-noff)
learning how to weave in and out.

Next week we are hoping to weave with flax.

Can you weave?
Do you have any woven objects at home?

  1. Dear Mrs McKenzie and B4,

    Welcome back!

It looks like you are having fun in your first week back at school!

Miss Esnouf sounds like a very creative teacher. The weaving activity looked great! Thanks for telling us how to pronounce your name too. :) Do you know where the name Esnouf comes from?

2KM and 2KJ started school today and we can't wait to check out your blog next week and start some fun projects with you.

  3. Gilakasla B4's,

Thank you for the comment on our blog. We were interested that kids play with Lego all over the world. We also thought it was interesting that you are having summer when we are having winter. We are just about at our 100th day of school. If you like to help us show the numbers to 100 we would love your class to post to our wiki.

Some of us have woven before, but it looks like fun doing it outside. We will check back and see what flax weaving looks like.
