3D Prisms

Today we made nets by drawing around 3D shapes. We cut them out, then folded and sellotaped them to form our own 3D prisms. We know about faces, corners and edges. We used cuboids and rectangular, hexagonal and triangular prisms.

This week we are helping Captain Blood the Pirate. He needs help with measuring. Today we made handspans and footprints and tomorrow we will measure with them.

Mufti Day -Cartoon characters

Today is mufti day. We are raising money for the Jill McBride Trust, which helps children and teenagers on the West Coast.
We had to dress up as a favourite cartoon character.
