Remembering Summer Part 2

A couple of weeks ago  Mrs McKenzie put the 'Remembering Summer' poems onto the
wiki pages.
Today some of the children chose their favourite line from their poem and read it out for the video.
Listen carefully and you will hear some very clever similes.

  1. B4 - I REALLY loved this video! I thought it was a great idea from your teacher to video you talking about Similes. I like it because if I was teaching that or explaining that to my classroom I could play that to them and show them what one was, I thought that everyone seemed really happy to be contributing to the class page too!

    I'm from Colorado and I loved your class poem. In Colorado I have never heard of the word pipi. What does it mean? From Jack

      A pipi is a small shellfish. They are quite delicious to eat.
      Have you tried any shellfish?
