Open the .... Revolving Door?

Sometimes it seems as though our classroom has a revolving door!
The new entrant class is growing, so this term
we welcome Year 1s Nikki, Neil, Jordan, Lukah and Alex from B5, and Holly who is new to our school,
and we farewell some of our Year 3s  as they move to B3.

We have also farewelled Miss Esnouf who has returned to Australia for awhile, and we welcome Miss Marquet (Mar-kay) to our room.
We're looking forward to a great term of learning, with a great new team.

  1. Dear B4,

It's always sad to lose friends but great to welcome new ones! I'm sure Nikki, Neil, Jordan, Lukah, and Alex are going to find that B4 is an amazing place to be!

I look forward to learning more about you on your blogging journey!

    Sincerely,
    Mr. Avery

  2. Dear B4,

Our class just received a lovely postcard from your school! We think the Kea bird is beautiful! There are no birds in our area that look like this. The closest our students could connect it to was seeing a parrot at the zoo.

We thought it was interesting that you have 900 people that live in Reefton. We have 400 students in just our school. There are around 11,000 people in our town!
We have posted some questions for your class on our Postcard Pals LinoIt board. Please share with us if you can. You can also leave questions for us to respond to.

Welcome to the Year 1’s and best of luck to the Year 3’s!

    Your blogging buddies,
Mrs. Moore and the Techie Kids
